Can you please let me know the important "Customer Requirements" from this tool.

The first place you will want to look is the Self-solve Knowledge Search http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/documents where you may search and find all of the HP NA 9.20+ documentation. Just search for "Network Automation 9.2" select Product version: "9.20"  and "All Operating Systems" and select the check box for "Manuals." You will want to download look through the "9.20 NA User's Guide," the "9.20 Support Matrix," and the latest release notes to discover which features in NA 9.20 you are interested.
