(NA)Support Tip:How to change any user id after the account has been archived?

you need to run the below query to reinstate the user:

Update RN_USER set status=0 where userid=<USER ID>;

Change <USER ID> for the ID of the user that they need to reinstate.

Also You can use the following proxy command in order to enable the user:

mod user –u<Username> -status –enable or disable

Besides, you can use the below query to find all the archived users.

Select userid, username from RN_USER where status=2;

The whole idea of archived user is to keep historical data for this user in the system, in case a user is part of any approval but it's archived, the user can't interfer with any task approval process.

delete a user directly from RN_APPROVALUSER table in the DB, must be executed by your database administrator.

It is not highly recommend to make changes directly on the database. For that reason is why R&D created some direct commands regarding this topic.
