There is a known issue with the Windows installation of NA and Expect scripts. If you are receiving the Tcl_Init error when you run your Expect script:
Tcl_Init failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories: {} ./lib/tcl8.0 ./libr
then you will want to see the solution in this Knowledge Document--KM00462430. It describes steps to take to assist with getting the appropriate pathing so the error doesn't appear and your Expect script runs as expected.
