Hi all!

An issue that we have seen a lot is the result of customers changing the IP address of their NA core and not doing it correctly, doing the wrong thing, or not doing everything that needs to be done.

Here is a document that wil show you how to change the IP address of a single core and all the little pieces that go with it;

Another item that needs to be updated when changing the IP is the:

appserver.rcx file.

There's a line in the config that covers the distributed component:

<option name="connect/AppServerURL">YOURSERVERIP:1099</option>
