Assign Node to Node Group Based on Community String

Is there a way to assign a node to a node group based on what that node's SNMP community string is ?

Re: Assign Node to Node Group Based on Community String

Hello @SYZonker ,

i don't think there's option for that as per out of the box filters

https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Network_Node_Manager_i:2018.11/Administer/nmAdminHelp/nmAdmGrpNodes0110NodeGrpConsole

i guess you can have that as workaround with custom attributes, or update device snmp Contact details with SNMP community and based on that you may create filter.
