Can not launch report for SPI for Metric v10

Hi experts,

I am using NNMi10 + SPi Metric + QA on the same server (windows 2008 r2 x64 stardard). I can view performance of node and interface at Dashbroads and Performance Troubleshooting tab. But when I run Performance - Report menu. The status: Preparing to launch report, then nothing to appear.

Pls help me in this case.

If this happens after some specific nodes/interfaces/node groups/interfaces groups selection, it could be a performance issue.

I would recommend to check that the system is fully compliant with the Software and Hardware requirements of the Support Matrix for both NNMi and the iSPIs (CPUs, RAM, disk, browser and so on), taking into account that when all the products are installed on same server the sum of each product requirements should be performed.
