Cards with no polling policy set

NNM 9.23.004 on Linux

When we check Inventory->Cards we found lot of cards were having no polling policy applied on them.

In our environment we had set monitoring policy applied on all devices and checked the box "Card Polling" but not sure why these cards are not been polled.

When I checked model type of these cards, I found those model types as,

MC8790, MC8795V

and when I checked polling configuration it states,

Not polled reason   :   The SNMP agent does not support polling this card.

Is this because of missing MIBS or any other issues.

Please help.

Hi Ramesh9,

In this case we need to analyze several aspects of the issue. In order to help you, can you please provide the Object ID of the device where this cards are located, also please run a snmpwalk.ovpl -T to the device and a monitoring poll of the node.

You can attached the results to this thread or send them to mi thru a private message.

Regards
