Command Line version of "Show Attached End Nodes"

Is there a command or some method of extraction for finding all of a node's endpoint devices similar to right-clicking said node and choosing "Show Attached End Nodes" from the GUI?

Commands such as nnmtopodump.ovpl are NOT acceptable as they only show L2 connects in which NNMi is aware of both ends. In the case of the GUI all devices are displayed regardless of SNMP status

Re: Command Line version of "Show Attached End Nodes"

There is an outstanding ER for this.  However, I wrote a script a few years ago to perform the same queries on the DB as the UI does in order to troubleshoot an issue.   I have attached it here.   Please note this is completely unsupported.  It may stop working if anything changes in the DB, it may not accurately reflect some device configurations, especially if Vlans are involved.  However if it does work for you in your environment then I hope this helps resolve your issue.

I have had to rename the file to ".txt" to be able to upload it, so please just name if "showEN.ovpl".

  All the best

Re: Command Line version of "Show Attached End Nodes"

Hi Dave,

We need this date to import them to ucmdb

How can we see both of the interface's mac  addresses? NNMi side and Device side
