Custom Poller incident issue
Hi,
Configured custom poller doesn't generate incident when specified attribute reaches its threshold value.
All services are running fine. I could able to see other management incident but not from custom poller. Please help me to out of this issue.

confirm if you have
1) Activated/Enabled the custom polling
2) Activated/Enabled the corresponding incident for this custom polling
Also do verify the monitoring settings of the node from where you are expecting the Custom Polling incident.
Monitoring settings has to be applied to the node/interfaces group.
