Does NNMI's soap API have a function for triggering scheduled node outages?

Hello,

Does NNMI's soap API have a function for triggering scheduled node outages? I would like to integrate this functionality into a management portal but I'm not able to find anything for triggered node outages in the WSDL. I did look at the managementmode function which I'ved used before, but it does not mention anything about scheduled outages.

<xs:simpleType name="managementMode">
<xs:restriction base="xs:string">
<xs:enumeration value="INHERITED"/>
<xs:enumeration value="MANAGED"/>
<xs:enumeration value="NOTMANAGED"/>
<xs:enumeration value="OUTOFSERVICE"/>
</xs:restriction>
