Frequent Login issue in HP OM java console

Hello ,

We are using a JAVA console 9.10 in our environment to login and management version is 9.11 .

but we face frequent " unable to login using user account " error using admin account .

what might be the cause as from the operator profile we are able to login .

please suggest .
