Get XdpNode. Failed because of:Bad response
Hi all, all is said in the title ... we are in 9.10 on Linux and that's the result of a configuration poll on a cisco node where cdp is enabled.
Doesn anyone has an idea ?

Its the node thats sending back information improperly formed that NNMi cannot properly interpret.

Thanks, but did you already encounter such a behaviour ? Might this be due to wrong os version ? bad configuration ?

Hello,
did you run teh verbose configuration poll (nnmconfigpoll.ovpl or GUI with &verbose=1)? Please check the mib with the mib browser on the CDP table. At least switch on tracing for disco:
%NnmInstallDir%\support\nnmsetlogginglevel.ovpl com.hp.ov.nms.disco FINEST
Look at %NnmDataDir%\log\nnm\nnm-trace.0.0.log.
Don't forget to set tracing back to CONFIG or restart the processes.
