where am able to see the logs that alerts are forwrded to OM agent from NNMi, or wheren i can check the OM has received all alerts from NNMi ?

any logs where i can see and troubleshoot, please advise.

Hello bebu,

you can enable tracing on both sites. For NNMi you can use <NNMInstallDir>/support/nnmsetlogginglevel.ovpl and even the OM agent can be traced (please see the agent manual) or the policy can be enabled to log matching and not matching traps. Perhaps it also helps to have a look to the agent queue files in <OvDataDir>/tmp/OpC.

HTH and kind regards

Hello bebu,

how did you integrate the OM agent on the NNMi server:

  •  Using Northbound Interfaces to send SNMPv2 traps to the agent or
  •  Using incident actions which calls opcmsg for example?

Kind regards
