HP NNMi 10 and Oracle connection

Jump to solution

How does NNMi on Windows server connect to an Oracle DB on another server. I have tried looking for the ODBC connection and the Oracle client on the NNM server but am unable to find both settings. Additionally, is it possible to retrieve the connection settings which were specified during installation of NNM ?

Hello,

NNMi uses JDBC. The configuration file is NnmDataDir/shared/nnm/conf/props/nnm-server.properties.

Thanks for the reply Sergey, have checked in my system and have seen that this file is empty currently. Will it be possible to share a file containing the details. Have seen the default file in another directory, however am unsure how and if we can modify it.
