IPT 9.20 - Discovering Cisco IP Telephony

Jump to solution

Hi,

I'm using IPT 9.20 and it's installed on NNMi 9.20 (Windows). I've configured data access to CUCM via AXL but I don't see any nodes listed under UCM Clusters under the Cisco IP Telephony workspace.

Do the whole CUCM devices need to be seeded (SNMP) into NNMi like publishers and gateways?

Is SSH access to CUCM also required?

Looking at the log files does not help. I'm seeing only the below warning message.

Failed to enqueue SNMP request due to SNMP failure

Any Help would be appreciated.
