In NNMi 10.21 we are facing an issue for BackBox nodes we are getting "UnresponsiveAgentInNode"

When I issue status poll , it takes long time and returns below :

2/27/20 1:23:57 AM **** Starting configuration poll of node <<NodeName>>(44c8f640-d2fd-4d80-90a0-19d19e8a1324) ****

2/27/20 1:32:21 AM No SNMP for <<NodeName>>

Device status is Minor

In General Tab under Managing Agents , I am able to see below status:

Agent Status: Critical

Agent State : Not Responding

================================

In backend , SNMPV3 walk is working using nnmsnmpwalk.ovpl

So is SNMP working for these BackBox devices in NNMi ? or is it some issue with GUI ? What does this error mean and How to fix it ?

Maybe NNMs communication setting have a different set of credentials for this node compared to your commandline parameters of nnmsnmpwalk.

Please compare the output of Actions -> Configuration Details -> Communication Settings with the used nnmsnmpwalk parameters.

was this device originally discovered as a SNMPv3 device? If not you have to delete device and re-discover.
