We are using NNM 9i (9.01patch4). We have noticed an incoming incident, Keep on changing its life cycle state in every few seconds.
Say like, an input interface error incident has been in registered state, after few seconds it got changed to closed state.then again it is changing to registered state. This has happening in several nodes.
We have configured email actions based on this incident life cycle state, When ever the state has changed registered it triggers an incident. due to this we got bulk emails also..
Anybody please advise, where could be this issue happened. Why incident has again change its life cycle state after it closed? has any monitoring settings causing this ? please advise. Thanks in advance to u all.
