NNM: how to check comma-separated values in custom poller

Hi,

We are trying to monitor the status of aggregates in a NetApp filer, the OID we are polling is .1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.5.11.1.6 and the result follows this format (is a table varible):

"raid_dp, normal, 64-bit, rlw_on"

We need to check only the sencond value (in the example is "normal"). Does anyone knows how can I configured the custom poller to check only this value and not the other ones?

Thanks in advance

Re: NNM: how to check comma-separated values in custom poller

Hello,

As I know, we could retrieve isolately the value "Normal" from tabular variable.

In order to do that, use the "Mib filter Variable" to filter out the exact OID from tabular variable.

In this case, consider using "Comparison Maps" when configuring custom poller.

I could help more if there is the walk file of this device, at least all OID related to OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.789.1.5.11.1.

HTH,
