(NNM iSPI METRIC) Support Tip : Cannot add co-located NPS to HA resource group on Windows

When configuring a co-located NPS to add to the HA group (%nnminstalldir%\misc\nnm\ha\nnmhaconfigure.ovpl NNM -addon PerfSPIHA), it can fail - at creating symbolic link step -, if not all NPS related services are stopped.

So always check (using services.msc) that all the NPS related services are really stopped. Their name beginning with "NNM iSPI Performance". If any of them is running, need to manually stop it. Else - because they can lock file(s) under the directory structure, which could be used as a junction point for HA configuration - nnmhaconfigure.ovpl cannot run down properly and because of the missing symbolic link, NPS will use the files/database in the local drive instead of the clusterwide shared one.

best regards
