NNM iSPI reports (min, Max, Avg) and Exception Count

Hi Experts,

 

NNM  version:10

 

OS: Windows 2008

 

 

In NNM iSPI reports how minimum, maximum and average value of utilization or threshold or availability is calculated.

 

what is the exception count here, overall exception rate of interface, memory, CPU..

 

Please advice.

After having dump file, research for your policy and check back that OID on device in device's manual then contact vendor or your network team for more explanation.
