NNMi 10.30 Quality Assurance QA SPI no reports generated.

We have a NNMi 10.30 and QA 10.30 on Linux RHEL 6.x and NPS 10.30 on Linux 6.x seperately. Both NNMi and NPS are functioning well .QA discovers the probe and data but under reports dashboard there is no data quoting"either NPS is not working or busy".

Further check shows QA data metrics is stuck under "final" folders in shared datafiles. Under logfiles there are no errors. Seems like NPS is not picking the QA data files from final folders.

Is there anything to repair this or did we miss something in configuration to let NPS know of QA existance(enabling report pack etc as there are no reports for QA under report menu on NPS site).

Any help be appreciated.
