Re: NNMi 9.0 Console will not start as well as its services

Hello Omab,

Basically you have postgress in stuck status, and the DB stuck does not permit that the other services run again. The best practice is restoring a backup. Because at this point your DB probably lost a conection of some transaction and DB needs to restore it. However it needs to be investigate it in HP Support case.

Please try to restore the backup, if doesn't works or you haven't a backup the best way to find the solution is open a ticket.

Re: NNMi 9.0 Console will not start as well as its services

Hi,
what you have done before it issue occured? Did you installed  or remove some software ?

What platform you are runnning? If it's Linux
1. do you have the following line in /etc/hosts :
127.0.0.1       localhost.localdomain localhost

2. . check if SE enabled (or not).
# sestatus

try tio disable it.

3. check local firewall
# iptables -L

my 2 cents,
Gedas
