NNMi Causal Engine doesn't start

Hello,

We're facing an issue in NNMi 10.20 that causal engine doesn't start. Thus NNMi couldn't decide status of devices, so couldn't detect any alerts.  

Condition listener queue
            com.hp.ov.nms.apa:name=ConditionListener Is Not Started

 How could we resolve this issue?  Any thoughts?

There are two log files you need to look at: boot.log and nnm.log and parse thenm for WARNING and FATAL messagers as well as "

ConditionListener
