(NNMi) Support Tip: How to set and make use of Postgres' timezone and timestamps

Folks,

  If you are accessing the NNMi Postgres database and trying to perform any time relative queries then you may have noticed how, by default, Postgres works in the GMT timezone.  The following document details how you can choose a suitable timezone and then configure Postgres for it.  This will then allow you to make time relative queries on the database where an example is given.
