(NNMi) Support Tip: NNMi accessing the database

With the introduction of NNMi 10.20, how NNMi accesses the database has changed.  At the same time there are 2 encryption algorithms used to access the database depending on whether the system was upgraded from a version prior to 10.20 or it has been freshly installed.  All this means that when copying databases between systems ( and this includes setting up Application Failover and High Availability scenarios ) care needs to be taken to ensure NNMi is able to access the database.   The following document explains what is happening and how to approach things.
