I have a users that have Admin Role Access and I would like to drop them to Operator Level 2. When I go into User Account Mappings and select the User ID It doesn't let me change the mapping levels. Is their a way to lower their levels or do I have to delete their ID's and recreate them with the new user levels.

Hi John,
No need to remove the user, just the user account mapping associating this user to the admin role.
The current user account mapping can be removed directly the main "User Account Mapping" view, by selecting the corresponding mapping entry without opening it, then deleting the mapping entry using the Delete icon shown on the top right of the view.
Once the mapping is deleted you can then create the new one, associating the user to the Operator leve2 group.
All the best
