NNMi support on RHEL 6

Jump to solution

Hi ,

I am getting issues while installaing NNMi on RHEL 6

[root@localhost NNMi]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.0 (Santiago)
[root@localhost NNMi]# uname -a
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.32-71.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Wed Sep 1 01:33:01 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Support matrix says ,

 Red Hat Enterprise Server AS 5.2 (or later minor version through 5.x)
 Red Hat Enterprise Server ES 5.2 (or later minor version through 5.x)

Could someone help me if RHEL 6 (as later version) is supported or not.

Thanks in advance

Krishna

Does anyone know when RedHat 6.1 will be supported by NNMi and OML?

You will get the standard HP answer "we cannot specify a date at which we will support "x" as that contains forward looking statements related to business plans and revenue estimations. We will gladly accept enhancement requests"

Have a nice day 🙂

Considering the fact the we have a world-wide deployment and we are already building on rhel 6.1. Its sad to say but...we may have no choice but to use other software if we can't get the information
