NNMi to NPS URL redirection issue ater installing patch

Hi,

We have an issue when opening Reporting - Report Menu Item from NNMi after we did patching of NNMi.

The NNMi version is 10.20, patch is 4, NPS is also version 10.20. Everything worked just fine before patch.

EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM: after we try to open Reporting - Report Menu from Actions menu, redirection won't work. If we try to open Reporting - Report Menu from context of Node or Interface it works. The problem is also present when we try patch 5 on NNMi v10.10.

We find what the problem is - when redirecting, URL encoding doesen't work as it should. The ${name} variable for some reason doesen't encode to %24%7Bname%7D, but it stays the same ${name}. But if we right click on node and then go on Reporting - Report Menu, the variable ${name} is changed to the node name and than of course redirection works.

This is major bug on my opinion or we are doing something wrong (we tryed it in our lab environmet and on customer lab environment on both versions 10.10 for patch 5 and 10.20 for patch 4).

 Please advise..

Regards,

Matej
