NPS-Metrics SPI new installation success but reports fail

A new and seemingly successful installation with the extension packs, but reports fail.

In Query Studio, the packages which normally hyperlink (as in image 1) to the data ( as in image 2) to create a new report, do not have a hyperlink when hovered over.

The error generated when clicking on any of the reports ( top N, Dashboard, ...etc ) is QE-DEF-0157.

We have added every possible permission we can find based on the available internet searches to ensure it is not a permissions issue.   Nothing but the error itself is in the perfspi.log

Any thought on where to search next would be appreciated.  Or if you know where the content is stored in the off chance file permissions are in play.

If you get news of a work around, please let us know also.  We have a ticket open with this exact same error.

I can try looking into that, but we have servers, on the same network, same baseline, and the install works on one but produces the error on the other.
