NPS crashed

Dear All

We see NPS is not processing files after we tried to upgrade OA agent version on NPS.

I know there is an repair option in NPS installation but I wanted to know whether it does backup and restore before repairing.

We are also doing full backup once in an week and daily incremental backup, so we can also restore the data but not sure on the configuration will be restored.

Please to help.
