I have OVIS 5.2
I have installed OVIS Trial 6.10
Then I have imported OVIS configuration from 5.2 to 6.10. (about 230 probes!)

OVIS 6.10 now shows all probes as "NO Probe Info" status.

Why? Is it because trial version does not probe anything?

Trial versions of the Openview products have full functionality for 60 days.

I think there may be another problem

Check the port configuration. If you were not using the default port 80 for the server then the probes might not be able to talk to the OVIS server. I don't believe the port information is transferred as part of the configuration download/upload.

Himanshu.

P.S. You might want to post this under OV Applications to get a better response.
