Old router not showing IP-URGENT
Dear Experts ,
We use NNMi 9.20 in windows 2008 r2 . We have 1600 routers. Many routers added 2 years before, now not showing its IP Address when we search them using "Tools-->Find Node" .We can search them using its hostname & IP Address .But If i check routers properties IP Address wont show .Some time after doing Config poll it will show. Not all the time.
Why its happening .There is no change took place for its IP or its hostname . When we added it was showing its IP. Now not showing .Plz suggest . PFA screen-shots .
Thanks.

Its pretty wasy, your device has a SNMP agent thats producing inconsistant results. Sometimes it responds correctly and the MIB-II info is available, but when it doesnt respond correctly the information for it is wiped (thats what config polling does).

Hello ,
From Attached Screenshots , both devices are in Critical Status , that mean the devices are not replying , you can try to ping the devices from > tools > access device > ping .
Most probably it's SNMP Communication Issue !! or NNM has overhead SNMP queries to the devices if you have big amount of devices with less resources .
can you check NNM health Status !!
