Open Key incidents view

NNM 9.2x on Linux

On our NOC screen we are launching "Open Key Incidents" view using the view command,

https://nnm-fqdn/nnm/launch?cmd=showView&view=openKeyIncidentsTableView&menus=false

However end-users wants to show only,

NodeDown

NodeUp

InterfaceDown

InteraceUp

SNMPColdStart

SNMPWarmStart

Out of this NodeUp, InterfaceUp, SNMPColdStart and SNMPWarmStart are not key incidents, since their root-cause flag is not set.

Is there any way we can modify OpenKeyIncidents view so we can show only relevant alarms to be monitored.

Please help.

Re: Open Key incidents view

Hi,

one possibility is to modify the filters on the incident view, if you right-click on the "correlation Nature" a user can modify what he sees in this view however, this will be saved on the browser cache/cookies so it will need to be done by each user on their web browser as needed.

Re: Open Key incidents view

Hi Ramesh,

You may want to have a look at the "Integrate NNMi Elsewhere with URLs Quick Reference" guide that is accessible directly from the NNMi console as shown below:

There are many options available for the various incidents related views (openKeyIncidentsTableView, customOpenIncidentTableView, customIncidentTableView, ...) allowing to set filters such as:

&envattrs=name=value[;name=value;...]

All the best

Re: Open Key incidents view

Hello Marie

Can you give me an example because we want to see only NodeDown,InterfaceDown,NodeUp,InterfaceUp incidents..

Also if we launch using this URL's whether it will time-out.
