Re: State updater batch critical exceptions (41) has status Critical

Hi,

Did you restart NNM service before raise this question? If no, please try to restart service first.

If you have restart service already and issue still persist, please check if you have update the latest patch installation for your NNM version?

If not, kindly check what's the current version of your NNM version and output detail of your hotfix command: %NnmInstallDir%\support\nnmhotfix.ovpl -L

Then I'll help you to check if your NNM is running the latest patch or not.

Hope this is helpful for you.

Best regards,

Re: State updater batch critical exceptions (41) has status Critical

Hi Amrita,

I suggest you should plan to upgrade your NNM version 9.2x to the NNM version 10.00 as 9.2x going to end of support on this 31st August 2016. For more infomation you can find more about this infomation at link below;

http://community.hpe.com/t5/Network-Management-OpenView-NNM/Network-Management-Center-9-2x-Obsolescence-Reminder-Agust-31st/td-p/6839128

As I know at the end of support, you will not get these infomation update below;

• No hotfixes or patches
• No CPE Elevations

Hope this information is helpful for you.
