Trap Dump SNMPv3

I’m trying to dump the traplog file but it gives me errors.

nnmtrapdump.ovpl -source 10.126.28.8 > filex

It doesn’t redirect to the file and its not parsing for just my source IP. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Trap Dump SNMPv3

Hello John,

Have you tried the below link?

https://docs.microfocus.com/itom/Network_Node_Manager_i:10.40/Administer/NNMi_Deployment/Maintaining_NNMi/ConfiguringAuthSNMPv3Traps

The reason for the failed to parse trap is that NNMi does not know the engine ID sending the trap. Therefore unable to parse.
