iSPI Availability Pct(avg) report data issue
We have installed NNMi 9.0 with patch-4 and iSPI 9.0 in our environment.
We are finding issues in iSPI availability report data. We have few routers which are 24/7 up but in the report it shows only 60-75% available. On selecting business hours (10-6pm) it shows more than 90% available.
Please help me understand how this report is calculated and help resolving if there is any issue at the earliest.
Ahh a meta data question. What that availabilty percentage represents is the devices ability to respond completely to the SNMP data request. Its not a directly polled metric, but one derived from the interaction of NNMI and the target device.
I've lasted longer in the technology industry than most certifications.
