iSPI Telephony does not install extension packs on NPS side
Hi Experts,
We are experiencing a problem. We are installing iSPI telephony in the NNM servers (NNM in HA) as a documentation says, but after the installation flow is completed, there are not Telephony reports in the Performance for Metrics page. We know that installation process sends extension packs to the shared drive in the NPS side (NPS in HA) but this files does not appear in the shared resource and of course, this extendion packs are not installing.
Please suggest me.

What is the OS for NPS and HA vendor? I would check compatibility of HA module against NPS. Makes sense to check installation log files for any possible errors.
