qa alarms and its meaning

Hi All

We see following QA alarms from QA SPI 9.2x,

QA Probe PROBE100_ICMP Echo failed to run. Reason: Oper state is TimeOut.
The target address xx.xx.xx.253 is not reachable from probe-router-001
The target address xx.xx.xx.249 is down.
QA Probe PROBE100_ICMP Echo failed to run. Reason: Oper state is Ok.

We see most of the alarms from QA are these type of alarms.

Can we know the reason why these alarms are been generated.
