snmpwalk fails to huawei routers

Hello All

NNM 10.x on Linux

We are trying to do snmpwalk to following router models,

Huawei AR1220VW Router
Huawei AR2220E Router

I see from support matrix for devices only Huawei AR1220 is supported.

But snmpwalk should work even if the device is not supported as per my knowledge.

Firewall ports are opened and there is no ACL set on the router which means it responds to any request anywhere.

How to troubleshoot this issue.

Re: snmpwalk fails to huawei routers

Yes, snmpwalk should work even though the device is not supported by NNMi

Check the usual things. Look at your SNMP configuration on the Huawei gear. Check you're using the right community strings/SNMPv3 settings.

Sounds like you've already checked that routing is OK, by pinging the devices?
