ucmdb-nnmi 9 integration

Hi,

We are getting authentication error on ucmdb while trying to connect to nnmi. Also we cannot submit integration form successfully from nnmi console.

whats error message you face ?

Anyway, please check that NNMi & uCMDB in the same domain and each one can ping and connect the other one.

Hi Click,

For web integrations, if your NNMi is Windows disable Internet Explorer Security Configuration or add your uCMDB server to the trusted zone.

    We used the system account for nnmi and an admin account with the correct port number for ucmdb. The default is to use port 8080 on ucmdb.
