May Online Expert Day Schedule Now Available
The Online Expert Day is an event when product, R&D, Support team members and other employees join our online forums to answer customers’ toughest technical questions on specific software products. Online Expert Days give customers a chance to talk directly with the Experts!
Please note that these events will be held in the private forums, which are visible only to those customers who have a valid Support Agreement ID (SAID) tied to their Passport profile and to internal users who have been granted access. All users must be logged into the community for the private forums to be visible.
