Make Network Address Restrictions available for Novell CIFS

Information from support:

"Because the CIFS server connects to the local or a remote NMAS server to authenticate the user, the network address that is being registered with the NCP connection for the NMAS authentication session is the IP address of the OES CIFS server and hence from the perspective of the NMAS server, the NMAS authentication request comes from the OES CIFS server and not from the SMB client."

This should be changed. Novell CIFS breaks the availability of this usefull feature.
