After reboot hanging in real mode

Hello,

our ZfD4.01.ir6 on NW6.0.4 was updated to SP5. After that for the first
time I recognized, that the server hangs after every reboot. Entering
debugger shows, that it's in real mode. (ACD *DOES* cause a reboot also)


after "gp" several times there comes a "work to do didn't finish ...",
then the server is up and working without any problems 'til the next
reboot.

no ABENDs.

Rudolf,

Maybe you should try to start your server with:

server -kf8

and use the F8 key to step through the startup files. That might help
spotting which driver or other NLM might be responsible for the hang.

Noted and pinned to that server's keyboard for the next reboot.

Is there a /complete/ list of all the helpful server.exe command line
options? (-ns -na -nL -ndb -a <path\alternate-autoexec.ncf, ...)
