Ark server authentication error

I have been having a problem on the new archive and versioning server I am setting up on OES2. LUM is working correctly (on both the source and target servers), LDAP is listening correctly on ports 389 and 636.

Whenever I go to run a job, it gives the following error:
[ArkManagerJob.java line:1785] Error authenticating connection, check if eDirectory user name and password are correct: [ArkManagerJob.java line:1785] Error authenticating connection, check if eDirectory user name and password are correct

I have tried to use all naming conventions for the username and reconfiguring it via arkReconfig.sh (user.context, cn=user,o=context, cn=user.o=context). I have tried reconfiguring the arkserver via YAST as well. The user is in the group novlxtier as the documentation indicated and that is his primary group. He has admin equivalencies (I have also tried with the admin user natively).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Two questions -
1. Have you lum enabled the admin to novlxtier group on the machine which is running the A/V service ?
2. Is the server hosting the primary volume ( the one which is GETTING ARCHIVED ) reachable / name - address resolution happening properly >

Hi. I have same error, but on OES 11, except line number. How did you resolve this problem?
Thx
