Can't create project in Server Consolidation Utility

In a NW 6.5 tree I wan't to consolidate data from older servers to a new
server but I can't get past this error when trying to create a new project:

"The database can't be created.:
A database error occured. The following information was returned from
the database API's.
Error: 80040154
Meaning: Class not registered
Source of Error: ADOX.Catalog
Description or Error: Select which groups you want to associate with
each Windows 95-98 User Policy Packages.
File: .\src\ADOCatalog.cpp
Line: 107"

Anyone have a clue?

My guess is this is an MDAC problem. (Microsoft Data Access Components)
Either your MDAC is too old or its configuration is broken.
What Windows version are you using? For Windows 2000 and XP, you should be
able to download the latets MDAC through Windows update by doing a custom
update.
Alternately, you should also be able to download the latest MDAC as an
installation package from Microsoft's web site.

Thank you for the reply Marcel. This is WinXP sp1. I will update MDAC
and see.
