Cannot start ifolder. Can't listen for connections on 443

NSBS 6.5SP4 Edir 8.7.3.7 iFolder 2.13

When running startifolder Apache tries loading and comes up with the error
(10037) make_secure_socket: unable to listen for connections on port 443.

iManager, Novell Webaccess, and Remote Manager do work.

TCPCON shows

IP 0.0.0.0 Port 443 Remote Host 0.0.0.0 Port None State Listen

I unloaded NDPS and tried to run startifolder to no avail. What can I do
to determine what is listening on 443?

Thanks
Todd

Re: Cannot start ifolder. Can't listen for connections on 443

is SSL configured and working?

iMonitor will show all ports in use from a web browser - Winsock 2.0 - Winsock
2.0 Resources - then drill down on each service.

Re: Cannot start ifolder. Can't listen for connections on 443

Suzanne,

Thank you for the reply. SSL is working fine.

I went into iMonitor but can't seem to find anything that says Winsock
2.0. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Todd

Re: Cannot start ifolder. Can't listen for connections on 443

what changed? Has it ever worked? Have you tried a restart?

Honestly, it sounds like an apache problem and you might be best served asking
in the webserver forum.

I don't find that error in the knowledgebase.

Re: Cannot start ifolder. Can't listen for connections on 443

Yes it has worked but it was quite a while ago. The users stopped using
it so I have no idea when it stopped working. My main objective is to get
NetStorage running.

I will ask in the webserver forum. Thank you for the advice.
