Cluster and Hardware Upgrade

My plans are to upgrade our GroupWise cluster from OES2 to OES11 onto new hardware. The current hardware is on a SAN Array. Don't know if doing an inplace upgrade and then migrate to new hardware, or is there a rolling upgrade process. Any advice or direction to articles would be appreciated.

Thanks

As you're definitely going to chnage the hardware anyways, do a rolling
upgrade. No point in touching the old nodes.

Should be very well documented.
