Consolidate Server

After moving OES11-SP2 servers into virtual environment we need to consolidate some of them, especially moving NSS volumes. Do we have to expect issues if we deassign pools and volumes from edirectory, attach the virtual harddrives to another virtual OES11 instance, mont them to new created mount point in /media/nss/mountpoint and reassign pools and volumes to edirectory in same tree?

Wich tools do we need to complete the consolidation? Or should we use the migration tool to succeed in consolidation?

Any advice ist appreciated.

You can consolidate data from multiple servers via the OES Migration
Tool (miggui). See
