DNS Forwarding Question

I have DNS resource set up in my cluster. I'm using the DNS/DHCP management console for administration. I have a zone for our local domain and using zenworks, I've pushed out the domain suffix to the all of the clients. I also have an *.IN-ADDR.ARPA zone set, although I'm not entirely sure what it's for.

How might I be able to set the DNS server up so that when I make a name resolution lookup, if it isn't in a local zone, it will poll an "outside" dns server for proper resolution?
