DNS errors when virus scanner is loaded

Hi,

I keep having errors in named like "unexpected error" and "Bad or invalid
handle".
In the support forums I found that this could have something to do with a
virus scanner, and indeed when I unload Firebreak, the errors are gone.

Problem is, that every dns update requires me to unload Firebreak, and then
unload/reload named. This can be pretty annoying sometimes....

Is there any way to solve this, like exclude some files from the scanner or
anything like that?
I already tried to exclude SYS:\ETC\DNS and the files SYS:\named.run and
SYS:\nwDnsErr.run, but with no results.

Thanks,

Michel

Beyond that, the best I can suggest is to contact the makers of Firebreak
and see if they are aware of and/or have a fix for this.
